Great customer service from my request for a quote to the installation. Especially great since I had to order my window from out-of-town and trust that everything would turn out ok. In fact, it turned out great! Not only did the workers do a thorough job, they even fixed some of the builder's mistakes that on occasion caused water damage in our master bedroom. Last summer, I purchased a ground level condo built in 2000 and had Sun Window & Door replace all of the windows and the lanai sliders with Energy Star Qualified vinyl-clad, impact resistant Low-E glass. These new windows and doors not only are very energy-efficient, but they dramatically reduced exterior noise and are much more secure than the old windows and doors. No need for hurricane shutters! The staff and the installation crew are very professional and knowledgeable and they worked hard to get the necessary approvals, permits, installation and final inspection.done efficiently and as quickly as possible. I've used them several times in the past 9 years for small repairs and they handle both small and large jobs equally well.
